The Assistant Project Lead – Project and Development Services role in Chennai works closely with the project manager or senior project manager to drive project success. You will own small projects, support larger ones, and lead the organisational structure, ensuring streamlined reporting, communication and clear objectives.
Building strong client relationships is a core responsibility. You will identify client needs, balance them with JLL’s business objectives, seek cross‑selling opportunities, and manage project revenue and payment cycles to avoid bad debt.
You will manage professional consultants for design and documentation, administer vendor contracts in line with legal requirements, identify project risks and implement mitigation measures, and keep health, safety and sustainability front‑of‑mind.

We look for candidates with a degree in a property‑related discipline and at least three years of experience in design, construction or project management, and who are comfortable using JLL’s digital technology platforms to deliver projects.
