  • Candidate Queries and Onboarding: Issue contracts and manager candidate communications throughout the onboarding process and respond to general candidate queries.
  • Issuing Candidate Contracts
  • To create compliant solutions that enables the business to increase profitability and gain a competitive advantage.
  • To ensure all contractors are onboarded efficiently and in full compliance with all relevant international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • To manage, coach and guide their business unit and team members; and create an environment where open and honest communication is encouraged.
  • Route to Market Compliance: Responsible for developing and maintaining the commercial route-to-market frameworks as well as responding to legal and technical route-to-market decisions
  • Team Management & Development: Lead a team, helping and supporting with their day-to-day roles, set up & responsibilities, mentoring and supporting their growth and development

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a constantly evolving landscape.
  • Ability to review contractor contracts from a legal perspective
  • Ideally have previous experience in onboarding contractors in the UK, USA and 1-3 European jurisdictions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
  • Professional References
  • Proven experience of managing a team of at least 3 people
  • Knowledge of legislation impacting the recruitment sector such as IR35; labour leasing; cross border working; worker’s misclassification; A1 certificates etc
  • Experience of using a technology-based on-boarding system and proficient in use of Bullhorn.
