Candidate Queries and Onboarding: Issue contracts and manager candidate communications throughout the onboarding process and respond to general candidate queries.
Issuing Candidate Contracts
To create compliant solutions that enables the business to increase profitability and gain a competitive advantage.
To ensure all contractors are onboarded efficiently and in full compliance with all relevant international laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Ideally have previous experience in onboarding contractors in the UK, USA and 1-3 European jurisdictions.

Proven experience of managing a team of at least 3 people
Knowledge of legislation impacting the recruitment sector such as IR35; labour leasing; cross border working; worker’s misclassification; A1 certificates etc
Experience of using a technology-based on-boarding system and proficient in use of Bullhorn.
