Reviewing Construction Phase Plan or equivalent (including Incident Response Plan), reviewing delivery methodology and providing input to the project risk register
Providing activity schedules to the project manager to build into the programme
Writing or reviewing the management section of the Habitat Management Plan and Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan
Meeting contractors on site and setting to work and managing contractor KPIs
Reviewing ecology design for successful implementation
Writing the specification for key materials for the habitat bank for the project manager to procure against (e.g. seed requirements, fencing requirements etc.)

Experience in rural land management
Experience of working within a budget and within a set time frame
Experience of working directly with farmers and/or landowners, in a professional capacity
Educated to a degree level in a relevant subject. Or equivalent work experience
Full UK clean driving license and willingness to travel for regional site visits and events
A track record of delivering nature recovery projects
A Health and Safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH/IOSH
Knowledge of the principles and practice of habitat creation/restoration and management
Experience of working with contractors
