-Maintain accurate production records and contribute to continuous improvement -Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the asphalt plant and associated equipment -Lead and support your shift team, allocating tasks and promoting a positive culture -Ensure consistent product quality and availability to meet customer needs

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities -Analytical Thinker, able to identify and maximise improvement opportunities -Proven experience in asphalt plant operations -Computer literacy and a customer focused “can-do” attitude -Strong leadership and organisational skills -Mechanical experience would be an advantage, but not essential
