Produce clear and timely status reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support project visibility and progress tracking.
Ensure all documents comply with required formatting standards, are correctly coded, and follow established checking and approval procedures, including appropriate signature protocols.
Where applicable, lead and supervise a team of Document Controllers within a specific project, work scope, or business area, promoting collaboration, consistency, and high standards of performance.
Distribute documentation for technical review, information sharing, and formal acceptance across relevant stakeholders.
Oversee the archiving, closeout, and handover of documentation at project completion, ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
Background in a similar industry sector, with solid knowledge of project documentation processes, including registration, review, approval, and archiving.
Proven experience in document control within complex project environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of structured documentation practices.
Familiarity with a range of contracting methodologies, such as the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), the New Engineering Contract (NEC4), and the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT), with practical experience applying these within project environments.
A Level 4 National Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications in records management, or demonstrable relevant experience in a similar role.
