  • 8+ years' experience in energy generation, conversion, or process engineering projects (e.g., power plants, renewables, WtE, CHP, hydrogen, biofuels).
  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Energy Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Track record of project leadership, multi-disciplinary coordination, and client engagement.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status, or working towards (IMechE, IChemE, or similar).
  • Knowledge of energy conversion cycles (Rankine, Brayton, combined cycle, ORC, etc.).
  • Experience with power plant performance analysis and simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, EBSILON, Thermoflex).
  • Strong foundation in thermodynamics, energy systems modelling, and process engineering.
