Min. 5yrs experience or equivalent in development consents management with good understanding of the wide range of approvals needed to support major infrastructure programmes / projects.
Demonstrable experience of consents management in major construction programmes / projects particularly the town planning process
A good degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience of working client side as well as consultancy.
Preferably a chartered (or equivalent) membership of a relevant professional institution or in a position to seek such membership.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form effective working relationships.
