Organize and facilitate regularly scheduled technical interchange meetings. Record and publish official minutes and action items, and maintain the Feedback Incorporation Log (source, date, disposition). Ensure Facility Requirements Document (FRD) and Hybrid Facility Criteria updates trace back to documented interchanges. Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of the meeting, including logistics, agendas, follow‑ups, and lead discussions to keep the meeting on track and achieve its objectives.
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Interchange Meeting Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to ensure Facility Requirements Document (FRD) and Hybrid Facility Criteria updates trace back to documented interchanges as well as organize meetings.
Preferred education includes a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related technical field. At least 5 years’ experience coordinating meetings, workshops or technical reviews, and managing cross‑functional teams in collaborative or systems‑engineering environments is required. Candidates must be adept at documenting minutes, action items, decisions, and ensuring meeting materials are accurate and complete. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to engage engineers, program managers, and customers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project‑management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx) is essential, and an active Secret clearance is required.
Sentinel or ICBM modernization experience is preferred. An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.
