Drive process improvements and automation in pricing and performance analytics.
Develop and refine pricing frameworks for separate accounts and pooled vehicles (UCITS, QIF, SICAV, FCP, 40 Act funds).
Lead strategic pricing discussions with executive and senior management across PGIM.
Oversee the creation of pricing proposals and performance reports for client presentations.
Collaborate with legal to oversee and manage client onboarding processes.
Lead special projects and mentor junior team members.
Analyze investment performance data and pricing trends to support business decisions and revenue growth.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Product Development or Product Strategy, within asset management or similar industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience with global fund structures and regulatory environments.
Intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset.
Understanding of investments in Fixed Income, Private Credit, Real Estate or Quant Equities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements.
Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
