Project Quality Lead - Data Centres

Description

• Oversee lifetime quality records and digital assurance tools, ensuring seamless handover.
• Lead assurance and compliance activities, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Champion a “Get it Right” culture, delivering training and guidance across the project team.
• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and systems to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Drive quality culture and continuous improvement across a complex, high-assurance environment.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in complex, regulated environments (e.g., Nuclear, Rail, Energy, Healthcare).
• Familiarity with digital construction tools (Fieldview, Asite, Trimble).
• Expertise in ISO 9001:2015 and associated standards.
• 10+ years' experience in Quality across governance, assurance, compliance, and improvement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Chartered Quality Professional (CQI) or equivalent.
