Credit Coordinator

Description

The Credit Coordinator joins the Credit Services team to deliver administrative support for internal and external customers, ensuring documentation aligns with the Viking SupplyNet Credit Policy. This full‑time role works Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and plays a key part in organizing customer account information.

• Act as primary Credit Services contact for JD Edwards system changes related to customer accounts.
• Enter new customer, project, billing, and shipping account data accurately into the JDE Address Book.
• Apply knowledge of billing requirements and lien laws for project account approval documentation.
• Communicate account setup details to field personnel and locations.
• Log daily creation of new and job accounts.
• Obtain and review Dunn & Bradstreet and TransUnion reports.
• Perform export compliance screening according to company policy.
• Maintain files of sales‑tax exemption certificates and change requests.
• Manage electronic files for all new and existing customer and job accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for local electronic check deposits.
• Set up and maintain customer profiles in eInvoice.

Requirements

• Cross‑train in lien administration tasks.
• Demonstrate basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment, and use email etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills.
