Configure and maintain phone system infrastructure, VPN infrastructure and SOE Deployment technologies
Maintain System Backups and Disaster recovery

Microsoft 365 admin (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Experienced with; Cisco Routers (routing, ACLs, site‑to‑site VPNs), HPe Aruba switches (VLANs, 802.1X desirable), Veeam Backup & Replication and Windows Server 2019–2025 administration
Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure IaaS/PaaS basics
Certification or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Extensive experience using Microsoft PowerShell scripting, SharePoint Online Configuration and administration support
Intune (device compliance, config profiles), Windows Autopilot
On-Premise Active Directory administration (Including Group Policy, DHCP)
Excellent time management skills
