Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the evaluation process to ensure a rigorous, inclusive, and equitable selection experience.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field plus at least 6 years of experience in strategic recruitment, with a focus on senior positions, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Ability to run full cycle executive/strategic level searches.
Experience in the A/E/C industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
