Technical Support Specialist

Overview

Provide internal IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage inventory and subscriptions.

Tasks

-Troubleshooting hardware -Manage IT hardware inventory, procurement, and deployment. -Monitor, maintain, and evaluate company-wide subscription services. -Occasionally travel to satellite offices located in Southern California (less than 10%). -Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT support. -Provide timely and helpful assistance to all employees by troubleshooting hardware (macOS, Windows), software, and peripheral issues.
