Troubleshooting hardware
Manage IT hardware inventory, procurement, and deployment.
Monitor, maintain, and evaluate company-wide subscription services.
Occasionally travel to satellite offices located in Southern California (less than 10%).
Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT support.
Provide timely and helpful assistance to all employees by troubleshooting hardware (macOS, Windows), software, and peripheral issues.
