Serves as a mentor to design staff.
Create architectural design concepts and continue the development through all design phases.

Requirements

Possess strong graphics and sketching skills.
Be an effective presenter of ideas and concepts.
Possess knowledge of interior finishes and trends.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors.
Experience in designing sports, healthcare, or large-scale corporate facilities
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
5+ years of professional experience required.
Exhibit extremely strong inter-personal skills.
Must demonstrate proficiency in using Revit Architecture.
Knowledge of ACAD and Revit. Expert user of Sketchup and/ or other 3D modeling software, Rendering engines like Lumion, D5, ect, Photoshop and animations..
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work well in a design team environment and with senior management.
Be a licensed Architect.
