Manage the development and implementation of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC), Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESC), and Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects.

Analyze energy, water, and other utility data.
Support the development of energy resilience projects, including the integration of onsite renewable energy, energy storage, and microgrids.

Experience with energy auditing, project development, life-cycle cost analysis, and building/facility operations.
Working knowledge of standard office computer software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Understanding of measurement and verification and familiarity with IPMVP
An Environmental Science, business or related degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management.
Ability to pass a government-administered background investigation in order to be granted a Common Access Card and access to government IT systems.
US Citizenship is required.
Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
A four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering) and/or a registered Professional Engineer registration with a minimum of 3 years of experience in energy management.
Strong knowledge of the financed project process
Current Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or ability to obtain CEM certification within 12 months.
Knowledge of Department of Defense energy management requirements
Ability to manage a project schedule.
A non-degreed REM with a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy management.
A two-year technical degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in energy management.
