Providing strong leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to an existing exceptional Transportation Team.
Identify business opportunities and lead the successful pursuit of roadway / transportation design projects.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Extensive knowledge in planning, designing and managing transportation projects to move people and goods safely and reliably.
Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas
At least 10 years of progressive experience with TxDOT and/or local county Roadway / Transportation Engineering
Demonstrate project wins as Project Manager or key staff on TxDOT and/or local county projects
Strong local municipal client connections
Ability to win and lead a project, and supervise technical staff
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
