Work closely with colleagues across investment management, finance, asset management, structured finance, legal, and other internal teams. Contribute to cross-portfolio and global initiatives.
Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models in collaboration with asset and finance teams
Providing accurate covenant, reporting, and financial information under guidance of the Commercial Investment Director
Assisting with debt raising and M&A activities
Supporting preparation of commercial documentation (contracts, waivers, board packs, etc.)
Managing waiver and approval requests to ensure compliance
Monitoring portfolio performance against budgets and investment models, identifying issues and opportunities
Overseeing timely debt service payments and sponsor distributions
Requirements

Degree in engineering, business, or related field
Experience working for a Private Equity business supporting the renewable energy market
Experience liaising with capital providers (financial institutions or sponsors)
Financial modelling and commercial experience desirable
