The Program Director – Facilities Assessment & Planning will lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, assessors, planners, and other professionals serving major portfolio owners such as cities, universities, school districts, hospital systems, and corporations. The role expands construction management (CM) and project management (PM) services by leveraging existing FCA contracts, targeting and converting them into comprehensive CM and PM contracts, and cultivating long‑term client partnerships.
We seek a strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, project management, and client relationship expansion. The ideal candidate has experience in facility asset and condition assessments, master planning, capital improvement planning, and program and construction management, holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and brings at least ten years of relevant experience. Knowledge of commercial construction codes, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to balance development, operations, and strategic sales are essential.
