Evaluate quarterly and annual financial reports to assess asset performance, including stabilization gaps, cash flow projections, and market valuations.
Generate and maintain monthly and quarterly reports from the asset database for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor multifamily market trends, with a focus on affordable housing, to understand industry dynamics and the performance of comparable properties.
Collaborate with general partners, property managers, accountants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely reporting, resolve issues, and safeguard the long-term viability of assets.
Support the implementation of a new asset management database by ensuring timely data collection, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with report creation, specifications, and testing.
Conduct annual property site visits, preparing detailed reports on management quality, property condition, equipment, and market assessments.
