Key responsibilities include project administration, financial performance, schedule performance, risk and relationship management, team development, and collaboration. This involves facilitating meetings, tracking action items, monitoring budgets, overseeing master schedules, developing risk and relationship plans, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and profitability goals.
Gray Construction is seeking a Life Science Project Executive for the Food and Beverage market, open to any office location, remote work, and travel. The executive will lead planning, design, and execution of large, complex projects, serving as the primary point of contact with customers.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least ten years in the industry and seven years of profit‑and‑loss accountability on multiple projects. Required experience includes five years managing design/build or hard‑bid projects, knowledge of all major contracting methods, and a proven record of increasing project profitability.
The position requires occasional physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and occasional climbing or stooping, performed in a typical office environment with moderate noise and controlled climate. Overtime may be required, and the role includes supervisory responsibility for multiple team members and external resources.
