Tasks

-Manage on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks -Tie workflow to schedule. -Install and repair various types of commercial HVAC units. -Produce timely and detailed reports -Install control systems, both analog and digital, and program same.

What You Bring

-Occasionally Required: Standing, bending, or twisting. Kneeling, crouching, stopping, and crawling. Repetitive motion. Working with arms raised over head. Working on or from ladders. Exposure to high sound levels. -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory -A High School diploma or equivalent -Chiller education required in both troubleshooting and maintenance for air-cooled and water-cooled systems -A state Class A or mechanical license -Must possess Type II EPA certification -Understand duct work and air flow design with sheet metal and duct board systems -Candidates must be able to work stand-by after hours on a rotational basis. -Familiar with DC controls and pneumatics and fresh air machines (examples include: Aaon, Munters, Carriers) -Frequently Required: Walking. Max carry 75lbs. Push/pull 40-75lbs. Exposure to hot and cold temperature. Working at heights. Operate motorized equipment. -Management experience highly desired -Technical experience either through apprenticeship, trade school, or prior work experience
