Home Improvement Sales Representative

Description

This is not your typical corporate sales role. You’ll work directly with homeowners to understand their remodeling needs, build trust, and guide them through the project planning process. You'll be backed by a team of specialists and project managers, but you'll be the face of Mid10 — helping to drive brand awareness, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships.

• Support and stability of an established company (EWS/VP Supply)
• Prospect new business and follow up on inbound leads
• Collaborate with internal teams for cabinet, closet, and kitchen design handoffs
• Stay up to date on product offerings and trends in home improvement
• Represent the Mid10 brand with professionalism, energy, and product knowledge
• Meet with homeowners to understand renovation goals and recommend tailored solutions
• Build quotes, manage follow-up communication, and guide customers through the sales process

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of sales experience (home improvement, construction, or remodeling a strong plus)
• Have general knowledge of residential construction or remodeling (or a willingness to learn)
• Know how to listen, ask great questions, and build trust quickly
• Are personable, professional, and comfortable talking to homeowners
• Adapt to customer schedules — including occasional evening or weekend appointments
• Are self-motivated, proactive, and not afraid to hear “no”
