- Lead regional growth in the renewables market through strategic client engagement and project pursuit
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams in geotechnical, environmental, and construction materials disciplines
- Support project execution for large-scale solar farms, battery storage sites, wind installations, and renewable infrastructure
- Maintain and monitor financial performance metrics (P&L, AR, backlog) across assigned offices
- Ensure compliance, standardization, and quality across operations
- Develop market-specific playbooks and partner strategies within the renewables ecosystem - solar, wind, hydropower, geothermal, bioenergy, low carbon etc.
- Partner with office and department managers to identify new opportunities, allocate resources, and drive proposal success
- As the technical and business leader in the region, you’ll drive profitability and performance across projects while mentoring future leaders
- Represent ECS in industry events, renewables associations, and regional conferences

- BS or MS from an ABET-accredited Institution in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L for complex service operations
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing operations teams, and business performance, ideally within geotechnical, environmental, facilities, or materials testing services in the renewables sector
- Proven success in business development within wind, solar, or renewables related markets
