Tasks

-Evaluate costs and identify variances or opportunities to improve profitability. -Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education. -Produce accurate reports by collecting and analyzing data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats. -Track budgets and report variances. Monitor and analyze data using established finance systems and protocols -Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization’s policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards -Assist with the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice -Develop personal capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. -Data Collection and Analysis -Support the implementation of financial systems process changes and enhancements.

-Knowledge of accounting systems, process and practices. -Verbal Communication -Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. -Abiltity to gather and analyze data. -Mimimum of 6 credit hours in accounting. -Willing to travel and relocate to any John Deere location in the US. -Must be willing to relocate domestically. Assignments can be various locations throughout the US. -Commercial Acumen -Graduating with bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics or Related Degrees.
