Key responsibilities include delivering on operating‑plan targets for penetration, orders, revenue, margin and cash, defining entitlement to expand share of the customer’s wallet, leading multifunctional teams to drive satisfaction and growth, and building relationships with key decision‑makers and C‑suite executives. The manager will act as a conduit for solutions by understanding customer business models, identify market trends to keep offerings competitive, structure and manage complex deals, and establish clear internal and external communication strategies.
The ideal candidate is a senior‑level professional with 15+ years of consultative selling experience in oil and gas EPC, a strong network in the Houston market, and a proven record of success. Experience selling digital‑transformation consulting, industrial automation, and electrical CAPEX equipment is a plus, and an MBA is preferred but not required.
