Tasks

-Learn, interpret and apply organizational policies, rules and regulations. -Provide clerical and administrative support with speed and accuracy. -Participate in technician induction procedures. -Maintain and organize document files. -Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. -Afternoon (16-22:00), weekend (08:00-22:00) and statutory holidays (08:00-22:00) dispatch coordination, -Coordinate, update and maintain technician schedules. -Assist other staff with office tasks as required.

What You Bring

-Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office. -Experience in administration and dispatch is an asset. -Fluency in French and English (spoken and written). -Good telephone etiquette and dispatch experience are assets. -Ability to solve problems and work independently. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
