Able to demonstrate knowledge of current National Electrical Codes as well as local and state electrical codes.
Strong effective reasoning and judgement skills.
Basic understanding of electrical systems.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and able to learn and use related software and systems including, but not limited to, Revit, Navisworks, Procore, GTP Stratus, Smartsheet, Zoom, Blue Beam, Autodesk, and AutoCAD.
Must be able to talk and hear.
Must be able to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; must be able to reach with hands and arms. Manual dexterity associated with computer data entry required.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to frequently sit.
Must be able to occasionally stand, walk, climb, balance, crouch or crawl, stoop, and kneel.
Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to integrate into a construction environment.
Must be able to safely operate a vehicle to travel to and from job sites.
Must have working knowledge of electrical systems, appropriate codes, and industry standards.
Journeyman Electrician License required.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Office environment with occasional travel to jobsites required.
Able to read, interpret and understand contract documents, plans, specifications, and requirements.
Close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception are required.
Must be able to safely maneuver in a construction environment.
