Strings glass through resin baths and spreaders to take-up.
Receives fiberglass, cores, resin, hardener for processing and returns drums to the appropriate location.
Operate various Powered Industrial Trucks.
Monitor assigned production orders and make machine/workflow adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Set-up and threading of dry glass onto holding racks.
Report material shortage to Supervisor immediately.
Monitor wet-glass consumption and produce accordingly
Mix hardener and resin to the required amounts using scales provided.
Conduct proper cleaning of pre-peg bath and parts, including readiness for burn-off over.
Conduct proper storage of over-produced glass (including fridge, first in-first out etc.) to maximize produced glass expiry date (resin curing).
Use measuring equipment, hand tools, air tools and power tools.
Check and read required manufacturing documents.

An outstanding safety and quality conscious approach while performing work duties.
Flexibility to work 3 shift rotation is a requirement of the position. Excellent attendance
Excellent proficiency in English including demonstrated ability to follow verbal/written instructions and complete technical paperwork when needed
