- Inspect common areas and grounds for appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and attractiveness.
- Clean and maintain the pool area when open.
- Coordinate daily activities, provide progress updates, and communicate with operations staff.
- Maintain a courteous, helpful demeanor with residents, prospects, coworkers, and vendors.
- Perform all grounds upkeep duties and basic cleaning tasks.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Conduct business in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and related laws.
