Property Consultant

Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Abu Dhabi. The Property Consultant will manage client relationships, provide real estate consulting services, assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, and deliver top-notch customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, advising clients on property investments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• A valid UAE driving license and knowledge of Abu Dhabi are advantageous
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
• Experience in the UAE real estate market is highly beneficial
• Proven skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with knowledge of property markets and trends
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
