• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders across the organization
• Interest in program management, with experience supporting training initiatives, awareness campaigns, and research efforts to implement effective programs
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms such as Viva Engage, Canva, and video editing software for content creation and engagement
• Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
