Due to continued growth across Colorado, my client is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up and large-scale projects. This individual will oversee all onsite activities from mobilization through final punch and closeout, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the exceptional craftsmanship standards the company is known for.
- Utilize construction management software to maintain accurate scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce all site-specific safety plans.
- Contribute to projects that directly serve and elevate local communities across Colorado.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
- Lead daily jobsite operations from initial mobilization through project closeout.
- Deliver highly organized, clean, and professional project turnovers.

- Experience with ground-up, renovation, or vertical construction across education, healthcare, municipal, or commercial markets preferred.
- 5+ years of field leadership experience in Commercial or Institutional construction.
- Proficiency with construction management software; scheduling experience (P6, MS Project, etc.) is advantageous.
- Stable Colorado-based workload with limited travel requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades, maintain tight schedules, and drive high execution standards.
