Write technical specifications in compliance with project requirements, acceptable standards and existing laws, rules and regulations and codes
Prepare bid sheet and measurement and payment section of specifications
Prepare design development and contract documents specifications for technical projects while ensuring compatibility with drawings and/or technical conditions
Maintain master specification sections for use on corporate level, and modify these standard sections as construction industry changes
Assist with legal and 'front end' specification, including but not limited to general conditions, supplementary general conditions, and any other necessary and related documents

Have significant breadth of knowledge with ability to recommend materials, procedures and technical specifications requirements and contents, and to oversee production of completed documents and specifications

Familiarity with Federal UFGS Specifications and SpecsIntact software
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or combination of education and relevant experience
