Participates in regular Culinary team meetings and review resident comment cards/feedback to improve quality and operational efficiency for the dining room
Establishes and enforces safety, sanitation, and proper food handling standards for dining room
Ensures servers are completing their assigned job duties before the end of their shift
This position has responsibility for supervising waitstaff.
Assists with set up and cleanup of parties and events
Oversees operation of the dining room.
Partners with, trains, and directs daily workflow of servers
Develops and maintains server schedules
Assists in serving duties, as needed
Assess the quality and efficiency of the servers and provide necessary coaching
Supports adherence to quality assurance processes by assisting with routine auditing of service in the dining room
Coordinates scheduling of parties and events; help with set up, and take down
Provides a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere
Conducts regular inventory checks to ensure dining room is properly stocked and inform Culinary Director of any necessary supplies and/or equipment needs
