Generates product identification tags for finished product and maintains accurate record keeping of all pertinent information required by Hendrix
Always complies with company safety rules during working hours and ensures the safety of himself/herself and others at his/her operating station.
Operation of high-speed packaging line equipment.
Verifies that the product conforms with the packaging requirements stated in the engineering specifications and to any other special customer instructions prior to release for shipment.
Clear hold tags (non-conforming product) as instructed to meet internal/customer specification and interact with Quality Control to verify product conformance.
Verifies the measuring devices are calibrated.
Visually inspects all empty take-up reels for proper size, strength, appearance and inside of flanges for foreign material that could cause damage to the finished product produced.
Schedule and complete work assignments in accordance with customer due dates to meet
Weigh work center scrap, including bare balances, complete scrap tag requirements, including scrap reporting and transport it to a designated area.
Terminate cable ends when required.
