-Leading, providing guidance, and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices. -Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business-specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility. -Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. -Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for your area of responsibility.

What You Bring

-Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. -You are highly skilled in financial controlling, reporting, and business partnering within the industrial automation/energy industries sector. -You hold current CPA/CA qualification valid in Australia is a plus. -Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, SAP BW, and advanced Excel skills. -Ability to demonstrate your experience in business planning, forecasting, and financial analysis, with 8+ years of experience in finance or controlling. -You are at ease communicating in English.
