Understand and ensure compliance to the company’s environment, health and safety procedures.
Monitor and track all site-based maintenance work and maintain accurate records.
Collating, coding, and submitting all Project related receipts.
Scheduling of vehicle maintenance, repairs and testing
Arrange, prepare required documentation, attend, and minute meetings.
Assist Project Managers with creating job files and issue job packs prior to initial mobilisations to any site or project.
Maintain and manage integrated schedules across all service teams.
Greeting people with a smile and a helpful attitude.
Assist with the onboarding of new starters (I.e., New starter paperwork, Company Inductions, etc).
Liaise with clients, project team members, departments, subcontractors and suppliers as required.
Organising all mobilisation arrangements (I.e., Paperwork, flights, accommodation, vehicle hire and plant hire, medicals, training, inductions, PPE, etc) for both Team Members and Contractors, prior to requirements.
