Document Controller (UAE National - Fresh Graduate)

Description

• Maintain document logs, registers, and tracking systems.
• Manage, organize, and update project and office documents (physical & electronic).
• Assist with distributing documents to relevant departments and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and company standards.
• Ensure documents are correctly named, stored, and easily retrievable.
• Support scanning, copying, archiving, and uploading files.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements

We are looking for a UAE National fresh graduate to support the team with document control, filing systems, and administrative coordination. The role provides hands-on training in document management and office operations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a structured environment.
• UAE National with Family Book (required).
• Fresh graduate (0-1 year experience).
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Administration, Engineering, or related field.
