Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities
Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed
Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions
