This role sits within AtkinsRéalis’ Middle East Design Team and is responsible for delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically robust solutions across all MEP disciplines—including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and public health engineering. The position requires strong technical leadership, acting as a Subject Matter Expert, and building a reputation both internally and externally. It involves leading complex design packages, applying “Safe by Design” principles, and driving digital transformation while promoting quality and technical governance.
The incumbent will contribute to business strategy through research and innovation, mentor team members, and support knowledge‑management initiatives, all while maintaining commercial awareness and client engagement. They are expected to make decisions at group or team level, develop capabilities within their team, and be the go‑to advisor for senior leadership. The role also demands a deep understanding of system integration, assurance and compliance, and the ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
