- Ensures that C-PACE is accurately billed on property bills, third parties, or directly (as applicable) and appropriately resolves any discrepancies identified in billing.
- Assists with payoff statements and lien release documents.
- Onboards new loans onto the servicing platform and monitors repayments, updating the servicing system, and reporting on delinquencies.
- Supports operations, construction monitoring, servicing, and special servicing with projects as needed, such as implementing process improvements, reconciling data, investor reporting, researching trends impacting the work that asset management does.
