The Customer Experience Host serves as the friendly first point of contact for guests, visitors and building occupiers. The role requires a passion for service and hospitality, delivering a professional welcome that reflects Colliers’ commitment to excellence. You will live the company’s values daily, taking initiative to improve the occupier experience and collaborating with the wider building team to create a supportive environment.
Working on‑site Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4:30 pm, you will ensure front‑of‑house areas are immaculate, manage visitor access, and uphold health‑and‑safety and operating procedures. You will build relationships with clients and stakeholders, resolve complaints, and support community‑building events. Data accuracy, inbox management and adherence to dress‑code standards are also key components of the role.
Candidates should have strong communication and organisational skills, experience with visitor management and access‑control systems, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The ability to resolve issues positively and contribute effectively within a team is essential.
