- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- 5+ years construction or related experience (Required)
- Laser scanning process – Intermediate
- 5+ years BIM-related experience (Required)
- Occasional activity: Standing, Walking, Bending, Climbing, Reaching above Shoulder, Pushing, Pulling
- JE Dunn Enterprise Mobile Solution – Intermediate
- Valid and unrestricted drivers license required
- Trimble Tekla Structures – Intermediate (Self Perform VDC Focus, Advanced)
- Autonomy & Decision-Making: Makes most decisions and consults with supervisor as needed.
- Autodesk AutoCAD – Advanced
- Bluebeam – Intermediate
- Autodesk Navisworks Manage (including JE Dunn clash workflow and program) – Advanced
- May require periods of travel
- Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen
- In lieu of the above requirements, relevant experience will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction science or related field (Required)
