The Senior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, overseeing software development and integration, and ensuring the successful completion of various projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and presenting design concepts, managing project timelines, collaborating with clients and team members, and maintaining high standards of design quality.
- Participate in space planning, furniture layouts, and lighting plans
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings
- Participate in client meetings and presentations when required
- Assist in concept development, mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations
- Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software
- Support senior designers/architects in developing and modifying design schemes

Experience Required: 1–5 years (Residential/ Commercial)
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. The candidate will assist in design development, preparation of presentation drawings, working drawings, 3D visualizations, material selections, and site coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
Education: B.Arch
Should be capable of independently handling projects from concept to completion, coordinating with consultants, preparing detailed drawings, and managing client interactions.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to studio culture
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- 1–2 years of professional experience (internship experience will also be considered)
- Strong design sensibility and a good eye for detailing and materiality
- Strong Project Management skills
- Basic knowledge of 3D rendering software like Lumion, V-Ray, or Twinmotion is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (internship experience will also be considered)
- Portfolio showcasing professional work is mandatory
