Incorporate Compensation Events (CEs) into the programme and secure contractual entitlement
Lead the development of detailed programmes in Primavera P6
Support pre-contract, operations, and commercial teams with planning expertise
Produce, update, and communicate progress through programmes, narratives, and dashboards
Review drawings, undertake material take-offs, and calculate activity durations
Take ownership of the programme, ensuring clarity for clients, operational teams, and subcontractors
Develop integrated design, procurement, construction, and commissioning programmes
Support operational teams with lookahead programmes and collaborative planning workshops
Identify and communicate programme risks, supporting commercial teams with change management

Experience in an operational role (e.g. Section Engineer/Sub-Agent) is desirable
Experience with time-chainage software (desirable)
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
HND/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent
Proven planning experience with a main contractor (essential)
Energy sector experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of NEC contracts and change management processes
Ability to create Power BI dashboards (advantageous)
