The Electric Division Foreman role leads on‑site crews, coordinates labor, materials, subcontractors, safety, and customer expectations, and serves as the single point of contact for construction projects. Success is measured by delivering high‑quality installations on schedule while mentoring team members and upholding safety, people, passion, and performance standards. The position requires strong communication, independent site management, and the ability to adjust plans with the Construction Manager.
- Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects.
- Represent the company during customer walk‑throughs and site meetings.
- Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments.
- Ensure work complies with code, contract specifications, and schedule.
- Enforce safety standards and conduct daily tailgate meetings.
- Track and report job progress, site conditions, and crew hours.
- Support project budgets, timelines, and quality‑control standards.
- Mentor field team members and promote accountability and collaboration.
- Manage documentation, change orders, and site logistics.
- Serve as on‑site contact for inspectors, landowners, subcontractors, and customers.

- Journeyman license with at least five years of foreman or project‑lead experience.

- Experience with budget control, documentation, and quality‑assurance processes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a team‑first mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 100 % regionally, including overnight stays, and maintain a clean driver’s license.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check.

Compensation ranges from $40 to $50 per hour, includes per‑diem and incentive opportunities, and is paid weekly.
