You’ll keep our finance & commercial requirements running like clockwork, ensuring every dollar, purchase, and agreement supports the smooth, safe, and effective delivery of our training programs.

Track contract spend and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities for efficiency.
Coordinate and execute panel refresh cycles, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and supporting procurement and contract renewal activities.
Manage the external training provider panel, monitoring performance, compliance, and supplier relationships.
Prepare insightful financial and operational reports to guide PTS management decisions.
Raise and manage purchase orders and contract service orders, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Maintain course costing models and provide accurate pricing to support internal teams.
Oversee invoicing for training services, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Support month-end financial processes, including reporting, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Tertiary qualification in finance, business, commerce, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Proven experience in finance administration, invoicing, and month-end reporting (ideally in training, education, or operational settings).
Sharp attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
Skilled in managing commercial supplier panels, ensuring contract compliance, performance, and smooth panel updates.
Familiarity with RTO operations, VET sector, and training compliance.
