Proven project coordination experience in a large construction team, within a large organisation with strong levels of judgement & discretion
Tertiary degree, preferably Construction Management or Engineering
Proven ability to organise & prioritise tasks; proactive with a strong attention to detail.
Large scale project experience on Residential Projects over $100m.
Ability to perform & contribute within a team environment
Strong focus on construction delivery quality, and embedment of company processes into the project
Excellent time management skills & the ability to organise & prioritise own workload
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in large scale project construction and delivery
Ability to interpret drawings, manage subcontractor communication and support project delivery
Strong skills in procurement, services coordination and documentation management
Excellent interpersonal communication & people management skills
Ability to perform all duties with high degree of accuracy & confidentiality
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff & management, both internal & external
