Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
Conduct comprehensive commercial reviews and negotiations of Head contracts and Agreements
Prepare month-end cost reports, update forecasts, and participate in cost reviews and meetings
Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
Prepare scopes of work and packages for subcontractors and prepare subcontract/ supply agreements
Manage subcontractors from onboarding to final account
Draft and issue contractual notices promptly and maintain record
Liaise with internal Duratec team and external stakeholders
Manage and ensure compliance with client contract throughout the project/s
Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out
Provide timely commercial and contractual advice to the project team as needed
Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client

Analytical skills and high attention to detail
Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline are preferred but not mandatory
Written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiences
Previous experience in contract administration within a contractor environment, ideally across remediation, refurbishment, new build, wharf repair and maintenance, or defence projects, is highly desirable but not essential
Positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contract agreements and able to negotiate terms and conditions with stakeholders
Sound working knowledge of contract administration and cost control skills
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
